Workout Guidelines

During exercise, focus on the oblique muscles. Use your body (like a crunch) and move elbows slightly for momentum. Adjust resistance if necessary.

STEP 1

Sit on a general-purpose chair and position the device 6-12 inches at the front of your chair.

STEP 2

Position your feet securely on the flat pedals, place each hand on the grip to the level of your eyes, bring the exercise device towards your body and push the handles down.

STEP 3

When pushing the handles down lean your whole body forward into the exercise (like a crunch) and start exercising your mid-section area up and down. Adjust resistance if necessary.

STEP 1

Sit 45-degree angle to the left of your chair.

STEP 2

Place your right foot on the left pedal.

STEP 3

Place your hands on the handles and start exercising your oblique muscles.

I have been lifting weights since I was 16 years old. Fitness has been a big part of my life and when I say BIG, I mean 40 years and counting. My goal was to invent an ab machine that was relatively easy to use. Not everyone likes working their abs and that’s why I invented HOVOS. I wanted to create something different to avoid the traditional sit-ups. As time passed my demands for the product became more complete. I wanted to offer a device that would help people get awesome abs and more. I want to share a personal experience with you all. Growing up I would always come across discomfort in my back. Ever since I invented HOVOS it has help me get my lifelong dream abs and freed my back pain. From my personal experience, using HOVOS every day for about 10-15 minutes has really changed my life for the better. HOVOS is very unique because you simply exercise your abs by sitting in a chair. It has helped me and now I want to show you all how rewarding and enjoyable it can be. This exercise device will make you want to use it all day long even when you’re traveling.
